COI Tab
The COI child form tab on an Individual profile contains information relating to the individual’s response to any COI disclosure requests and reviews that this individual performed on any COI requests.
Child forms under this tab include:
COI disclosure requests

This child form displays information regarding the COI disclosure requests reviewed by the individual. You can view the COI disclosure request name and the COI request code, the purpose of the COI disclosure request, the request sent date, response due date, and when the disclosure request got responded.
COI reviews performed

This child form displays information regarding the COI reviews performed by the individual. You can view the COI request code for which the review was performed, the purpose of the COI request review, the date on which the review was undertaken, status of the review, and the individual’s name who was responded to the COI request review task.
